CiCi Rojas

CiCi Rojas is chair of Y-USA’s National Board of Directors and has served on the board since 2016. She previously chaired the board’s International, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee and is a strong ally and advocate for the Y’s work of ensuring ethnic and racial equity for all. Ms. Rojas also is Past Chairperson of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and Treasurer of World YMCA.

Ms. Rojas is an accomplished C-suite executive turned entrepreneur, having built enterprises
both in for-profit environments, and for economic, political, and social change. In 2017, she
transferred her development skills and extensive network to co-lead Tico Productions and Tico Sports LLC, a company established by her and her husband in 2014. The enterprise is a full service, multimedia production and bilingual marketing company that developed a Spanish language broadcast and community engagement platform for professional sports teams, including for the Kansas City Chiefs.

 

Prior, she served the Kansas City business community as President and CEO of the Central Exchange, providing vision, voice, and operational oversight for its 1,000-plus members dedicated to the advancement of professional women in the Kansas City area. She also served as Vice President of Community Engagement for Truman Medical Centers in Kansas City.

Ms. Rojas has received numerous awards and recognitions and is active in other civic organizations on the local, national, and international levels, including President and Managing Director of the Latino Coalition, Board President of the Kansas City Ballet, past Chairman of Visit KC, Vice-Chair of Guadalupe Centers, Inc. She also serves on the boards of USA Volleyball, Friends of the American Latino Museum, Arvest Bank, Stowers Institute for Medical Research.
